All temporary personnel
adhere to a strict code of conduct, managed by Medi-Staff. Although we pay
market-related tariffs, clients also have the option of negotiating tariffs on
an individual basis. Payments are made either on a weekly or monthly basis,
dependant on the requirements of the client. Payments are deposited directly
into the staff members' bank account. Clients are invoiced after each
assignment. In the case of permanent appointments, clients will receive an
invoice upon appointment.
Overtime and stocktaking
payments - It had been found the employees are often not willing to work
overtime, because of they perceive that they are being overtaxed or that they
would have to wait until the next month for payment. This problem can easily be
overcome by making use of the Medi-Staffs' payroll facility.
